Just watched the whole podcast and really enjoyed it. There was a tiny throwaway comment that you made that really struck me - when you mentioned talking about the mind "as if it's a thing". I find myself asking 'what is the mind, then?' - I assumed I knew, but when I really feel into it, I'm not so sure. And the dangers of 'identifying with the mind', which is spoken about a lot - who or what is identifying with what, exactly?
And there your question rises up strongly again: "Why do you want to do this?" :) I feel like it is a very intimate question. I was digging deep. Looking very much forward for more! :)
